HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, Inc. SELLS 26,355 SF RETAIL CENTER

KATY, TX, June 3, 2013 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of Mason Square, a 26,355 square-foot retail property located in the master planned community of Cinco Ranch. The property was 97% occupied at the time of sale with a strong mix of tenants including Health Source, Kumon Learning, and Golden Dental.  The retail center is located at the intersection of South Mason Road and Cinco Ranch Blvd.

Sandy P. Aron and Todd A. Carlson represented an out of state trust that purchased the property in 2000.  The buyer was a local private client who claimed the price outbidding multiple other qualified offers.
