KATY, TX, April 17, 2014 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of a 20,000 square foot shopping center in Katy, TX. The property was 88% occupied at the time of sale and is located at the intersection of Fry Road and West Little York.

Sandy P. Aron & Todd A. Carlson had the exclusive listing to sell the property for a local private developer who built the property back in 2005. The buyer was an investor from Hawaii completing a 1031 exchange.
