HOUSTON, TX, May 30, 2014, Upper Bay Gallery has signed a 2,200 SF lease in Lakeside Shopping Center to open an Art and Framing store. Jason R. Gaines with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Bly Team with Remax Space Center represented the Tenant.
