HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, INC. REPRESENTS FOREIGN BUYER ON A 143,000 SF SHOPPING CENTER SALE

HOUSTON, TX, October 30, 2014 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of the Cypress Station Shopping Center, a 143,000 SF center located on the NWC FM 1960 & Interstate 45 North, on October 21, 2014.

This is the Buyers 2nd acquisition in the Houston market this year. Stephen Pheigaru as Director of Retail Development said his client is actively looking to acquire a few additional centers by the end of 2014. The buyer plans on enhancing the property with a light renovation of the parking lot, and façade.

Stephen Pheigaru as Director of Retail Development with Hunington Properties represented the Buyer, a private REIT in Canada. Hunington Properties, Inc. will retain the lease of the property.
