HOUSTON, TX, OCTOBER 9, 2015 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of a 2,500-square-foot Burger King restaurant located at 7997 Bandera Rd. in San Antonio, TX on the hard corner of Bandera Rd. and Mainland Dr. The tenant, a franchisee and 30+ year veteran of the Burger King system, leased the property back on a long term triple net basis.
