ON A 26,721 SF SHOPPING CENTER SALE
HOUSTON, TX, June 13th, 2017 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of Shops at Cinco Ranch West, a 26,721 SF center located on the SEC Cinco Ranch Blvd at FM 1463, on June 09, 2017.

This is the Buyers 1st acquisition in the Houston market this year to add to their current Houston Retail portfolio. Rafael Melara asSenior Vice-President of Brokerage said this Class A Neighborhood Shopping Center in the affluent Cinco Ranch neighborhood was an ideal fit for his client and met all of his acquisition requirements. Hunington Properties represented the Seller, a local investor.

Rafael Melara as Senior Vice-President of Brokerage with Hunington Properties represented the Buyer, a private Family Trust based in Massachusetts. Hunington Properties, Inc. will retain the leasing and management of the property.
