HOUSTON, TX, June 3, 2013 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of 5310 West Bellfort a 3 acres of assemblage of retail land. The land is located at the northeast intersection of Chimney Rock and West Bellfort across the street from 99 Cent Only anchored shopping center.

Todd A. Carlson represented the buyer a local private investor who bought the land for a new development but plans are still not finalized.
