HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, Inc. SIGNS LEASE FOR 2,800 SF

HOUSTON, TX, May 12, 2014, Brain Balance has signed a 2,800 SF lease in the Pecan Plaza Shopping Center, located at Dulles at Cartwright, in Missouri City, to open a Special Needs Education Center. Brain Balance is a national franchise business that caters to families with special learning needs. This will be their 2nd Houston area location. Jason R. Gaines with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction. Bruce Frankel, Frankel Development Group represented the Tenant.
