HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, Inc. SIGNS LEASE FOR 4,595 SF

HOUSTON, TX, May 12, 2014, Saravan Bhavan has signed a 4,595 SF lease in the Westheimer-Dunvale Shopping Center, located at Westheimer and Dunvale in Central West Houston, to open a full service vegetarian restaurant. The Saravan Bhavan brand is an international brand based in India, with locations all around the world. This will be their first store in the Houston market. Jason R. Gaines with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction. Stephen Bell with Chodrow Realty Advisors represented the Tenant.
