SIGNS 9,450 SF, Colony Plaza in HOUSTON, TX, June 19, 2015– Dollar Tree has signed a lease for 9,450 square feet at Cypress Station Square Center in Houston.  Stephen Pheigaru with Hunington Properties Represented the landlord in the transaction, and Perry Zieben with Zieben Properties represented the tenant.
