HOUSTON, TX, March 15, 2013 – Mattress 1 One has leased 4,800 square feet in the Meadow Edge Shopping Center, located on I-45 North at Meadowedge Drive in the Spring Submarket. Jason R. Gaines of Hunington Properties represented the Landlord, Clay Albers of Baker Katz represented the Tenant.

Relax Reflexology and Massage Therapy has leased 2,197 square feet in the Nottingham Village Shopping Center, located at 900 South Fry Road in the Katy Submarket.  Jason R. Gaines of Hunington Properties represented the Landlord.

Northwest Premiere Sleep Centers has leased 1,504 square feet in the Bridgeview Plaza Shopping Center, located at 19600 Kuykendahl Road in the Spring Submarket.  Jason R. Gaines of Hunington Properties represented the Landlord.
