Nisha is an accomplished Controller at Hunington Properties, where she brings over 10 years of accounting expertise to the table. She began her career in public accounting, dedicating over 5 years to the field before transitioning into property accounting three years ago—a career shift that perfectly aligns with her skills and interests.

A proud graduate of the University of Houston, Nisha holds both a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in accounting. Currently, she is actively pursuing her CPA license to further enhance her professional credentials.
