Adeel Arain serves as Director of Accounting & Operations, bringing over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across finance, accounting, and operations within real estate development, construction, and related sectors.

Since joining the company in 2025 as Assistant Controller, Adeel has been instrumental in strengthening and leading both financial and operational functions, stepping into an expanded leadership role during a critical executive transition. He now oversees accounting, financial reporting, cash strategy, and core operational processes, driving improved visibility, disciplined execution, and scalable growth across the organization.

Known for his ability to bring structure to complex environments, Adeel focuses on enhancing efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and building systems that support long-term performance. He holds an MBA and brings a strategic, results-driven approach to aligning financial and operational goals—bridging finance and operations to drive performance and informed decision-making.
