Evan Dyer

In 2010 Evan opened the Austin office of Hunington Properties and has served as the Principal Director ever since. He oversees a wide range of responsibilities including retail development site selection, development oversight, and brokerage

Before joining Hunington Properties, Evan gained experience in property acquisitions/dispositions working both domestically and internationally with his real estate developer father Mike Dyer. He then had a stint at Marcus & Millichap in Austin, specializing in investment property brokerage.

Evan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin. He is a proud graduate of The University of Texas and remains a dedicated Longhorns supporter, frequently attending games across multiple sports. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, and playing golf.
