Abdul Sabha

Abdul Sabha is Vice President of Retail Leasing at Hunington Properties, where he leads the firm’s third-party retail division across Texas. He is responsible for leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales for multi-tenant retail centers, with a focus on ground-up developments and value-add assets in suburban markets.

He works directly with developers, landlords, and business owners to lease space, structure deals, and position assets for sale. His approach is straightforward—drive occupancy, secure the right tenants, and increase asset value.

Abdul manages a leasing team and is actively involved in sourcing deals, negotiating leases, and maintaining relationships across both ownership and tenant networks. He is known for being proactive in the market and consistent in execution.

Before commercial real estate, Abdul worked at Verizon in a performance-based sales role, where he managed a team operating in multiple markets across the U.S. That experience built his foundation in accountability, high-volume outreach, and deal execution.

He is a member of ICSC since 2020 and has trained under senior retail brokers affiliated with Marcus & Millichap and Whitestone, shaping his understanding of retail leasing and investment sales early in his career.

Abdul graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Supply Chain Logistics & Technology. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Arabic, and works closely with a diverse client base, including many first-time and foreign business owners, helping them navigate site selection, leasing, and growth in the Texas market.

Outside of work, Abdul brings the same level of discipline and intention to his personal life. He prioritizes his health through consistent training, enjoys cooking and grilling with his wife, and values time with family. He travels regularly to experience new markets and cultures firsthand, using those insights to better understand how people live, spend, and interact within retail environments. This perspective directly influences how he advises clients and positions retail assets.
