Andrew Wright

Andrew Wright serves as Vice President of Investment Sales, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail centers, single-tenant net-lease assets, and portfolio transactions. He delivers institutional-quality advisory services with a client-first mindset, combining deep market knowledge, disciplined financial analysis, and strong industry relationships to help clients execute well-informed investment strategies.

Andrew brings a comprehensive understanding of underwriting, valuation, and financial structuring, allowing him to clearly frame opportunities and guide clients toward optimal outcomes aligned with both near-term goals and long-term investment objectives.

Prior to joining Hunington Properties, Andrew managed a high-volume Investment Sales team at CBRE in Dallas, Texas, overseeing the full investment lifecycle—from underwriting and valuation to research, marketing, and transaction execution. He has participated in more than $1.2 billion in investment sales across 20+ states, representing over 4 million square feet of commercial real estate. His experience spans private investors, developers, family offices, real estate funds, REITs, and institutional owners.

Andrew is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) and resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and young son. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Council of Austin.
