Caleb Bester

Caleb Bester joined Hunington Properties in 2023. He focuses on multi-tenant retail leasing, acquisition, and disposition within the Houston area. Caleb places an emphasis on providing strategic guidance that increases the value of his clients’ investments while helping them meet their critical business objectives. Caleb leverages his local and regional market knowledge, and extensive personal database to maximize the value and exposure of an asset to ensure speed-to- market and the highest possible sales price.

Prior to his Associate role, Caleb was with the Partners Real Estate’s medical investment sales team in Houston. In his free time you can find him at a Rockets game, swimming, or on the golf course.
