Drew Henderson

Drew Henderson’s journey began when he made a bold decision to transition from the restaurant industry as a corporate trainer to the real estate sector. He joined Vargos on the Lake as a Relocation Specialist where he quickly demonstrated his exceptional skills in customer service and relationship building. Drew’s dedication and commitment to excellence earned him recognition, and he continued to broaden his horizons in new and exciting positions within the industry.

After his first three years with Hunington Residential, Drew’s performance and innate leadership abilities led him to take on the role of Community Director at The Vic at Southwinds. As the Community Director, he successfully oversaw the operations of the community, ensuring its smooth functioning and delivering an exceptional living experience to residents. It was during this time that Drew’s passion for learning and professional development prompted him to pursue his CAM (Certified Apartment Manager.)

With his experience in property management and a newly acquired certification, Drew sought out additional challenges and responsibilities to make a broader impact in the industry. Currently, he holds the position of Education & Brand Strategist with Hunington Residential. In this role, Drew’s primary focus is on training new team members, spearheading marketing initiatives for new lease-ups, and providing guidance to the on-site team throughout the stabilization process.
