Michael Salazar

Michael joined Hunington Properties as a Real Estate Analyst with development partners and is responsible for providing underwriting and market analysis on proposed developments.

Prior to joining Hunington, Michael worked as an associate for a multi-national commercial real estate firm where he was integral in providing valuation and advisory services on over $500M worth of commercial assets. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He also holds a Graduate Real Estate Certificate from the Stanford Alexander Center for Excellence in Real Estate at the Bauer College of Business.
