Pamela Buchman

With over three decades of experience in the commercial, retail, industrial real estate, and land development sectors, Pamela brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Vice President of Retail Development at Hunington Properties.

Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered outstanding results and collaborated with a wide range of organizations. She has held diverse roles, including prominent land development positions, and managed more than one million square feet of office buildings, industrial facilities, and retail centers.

Pamela later became the Director of Construction for the largest AT&T Authorized Retailer in the country, where she oversaw the completion of over 1,000 locations in nine years, leading a substantial team of project managers. Following this, she took on the role of Director of Real Estate for one of the Top 10 T-Mobile Retailers, where she assumed responsibility for every aspect of their Real Estate Portfolio.

Pamela is a native of Houston, married for 34 years with two children. She enjoys home design, fashion, and exploring Houston’s culinary diversity.
