Reilly Curry

Reilly Curry is an Analyst on Hunington Properties’ retail development team, where he supports the full development lifecycle across the firm’s Texas and Florida platforms. His responsibilities span land acquisition, deal underwriting, leasing, transaction coordination, investor relations, and internal operations, with active involvement across Hunington’s portfolio of necessity-driven retail centers and garden-style multifamily communities in high-growth suburban markets.

Prior to joining Hunington, Reilly underwrote over $1.3 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he co-founded one of the first AI-powered underwriting platforms built specifically for triple net leasing companies, developing the software architecture, recruiting engineering talent. He brings a data-driven approach to site selection and investment analysis, with hands-on experience building proprietary underwriting tools, automated reporting workflows, and GIS-based market analysis platforms.

Reilly holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
