Stephanie Burriss

Stephanie boasts over 20 years of Multifamily residential experience in the greater Houston area. Her extensive expertise covers leasing, training, acquisitions, development, construction, accounting, and property management of Multifamily properties. Throughout her career, Stephanie has received multiple awards and holds both the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations from the National Apartment Association (NAA).

As a former instructor for the Real Estate Program at Houston Community College, Stephanie equipped students with essential knowledge and specialized skills for careers in the real estate profession, emphasizing leasing and property management. She is actively involved in the Houston Apartment Association, particularly within the Education Committee, and serves on several other committees.

In 2014, Stephanie joined Hunington Residential, where she oversees the operations of all Multifamily projects within the company’s portfolio.
