Tooba Patoli

Tooba Patoli is a Senior Retail Leasing Associate at Hunington Properties, where she helps lead the firm’s third-party retail division across Texas. She specializes in retail leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales, working with property owners, developers, investors, and business owners.

Since joining Hunington Properties, Tooba has played an active role in the growth of the firm’s retail platform, helping lease shopping centers, represent expanding retailers, and facilitate investment sale transactions. Her experience includes business development, site selection, lease negotiations, market analysis, asset positioning, and transaction management. She works closely with clients to identify opportunities and create strategies that support both occupancy goals and long-term asset value.

Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and relationship-driven approach, Tooba has built a strong network throughout the Texas retail real estate community. She is particularly recognized for leveraging social media as a business development tool, using her platform to share market insights, connect with industry professionals, and create opportunities that extend beyond traditional brokerage channels. Her ability to combine market knowledge with consistent visibility has helped establish her as a recognized voice within the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to commercial real estate, Tooba worked as a Sales and Procurement Consultant, where she managed corporate accounts and collaborated with clients to improve operational performance and profitability. This experience strengthened her foundation in client service, negotiations, and strategic problem-solving.

Tooba earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business. She is fluent in English and Urdu and works with a diverse client base throughout Texas.

Outside of work, Tooba enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and taking a variety of fitness classes. These experiences allow her to connect with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders while staying engaged with the evolving businesses and concepts shaping the markets she serves.
