Yousef Sammour

Yousef Sammour joined Hunington Properties as the Vice President of Investor Relations. Yousef focuses on capital raising and investor engagement for commercial real estate developments across Texas and the markets in the U.S.

With a diverse background spanning enterprise technology sales, startup leadership, and investment analysis, Yousef brings a strategic and relationship-driven approach to connecting accredited investors with high-quality retail and mixed-use projects. He has a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate market and investment strategies, making him a trusted partner for investors seeking transparency and long-term value.He has experience working with a range of clients—from startups to institutional investors—and is known for his transparency, analytical skills, and commitment to aligning investor goals with project success.

Prior to joining Hunington, Yousef held senior roles at Oracle, where he supported Fortune 500 clients, and co-founded a SaaS platform focused on innovation and partnership development. He also worked as an investment associate with companies such as Saudi Aramco, contributing to financial modeling, market analysis, and investor relations.

Fluent in Arabic, Yousef leverages his language skills to connect with a diverse investor base. Alongside managing Hunington’s U.S base Investors, Yousef specializes in foreign investment with Middle Eastern and North African institutions and investors. He is a member of the Texas A&M class of 2020 with a BS in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. During his time at Texas A&M, he was a leading of the International Business Association as well as the Start-up Grind association.
