HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, INC. SELLS RETAIL CENTER

HOUSTON, TX, November 16, 2012 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial

brokerage company has announced the sale of Crossroads Retail Center, a 10,484 square-foot

retail property, consisting of one freestanding retail building, located in Houston, TX,

according to Todd A. Carlson. The property was located near the intersection of Highway 290

and FM 1960 next to an Academy Sports and Outdoors and a McDonald’s. The property was 100%

occupied at the time of sale with mostly national tenants.

Todd A. Carlson and Larry Riklin represented the buyer a local non-profit organization who

will assume management and leasing duties for the property.
