HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, Inc. SELLS TWO WALGREENS DRUG STORES

HOUSTON, TX, January 7, 2013 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of two 13,905 square-foot retail drug stores, one located in Houston and the other in Arlington, Texas.  The property in Houston was located at the intersection of Highway 6 and Bissonnet while the Arlington store location was the intersection of New York Ave and Green Oaks Blvd.

Todd A. Carlson and Sandy Aron had the exclusive listing to sell the property for a private investor who had purchased these properties from Hunington Properties, Inc. over ten years ago.
