Project Background:

In December, 2014, Hunington purchased the land, and the Retail Center was completed in November, 2015. During construction, the Retail Center was 100% leased, and the Retail Center was placed on the market to Sale soon after being stabilized. Within 60 days, the property was purchased by a Family Trust, the sale of Shops at Cinco Ranch –Spring Green was closed. Hunington Properties, retained the Management and Leasing of the center.
