HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, INC.  Signs Two Leases for a Total of 3,160 SF Total. 

HOUSTON, TX, April 26, 2013 – Say Salon has signed a 928 square foot lease at Peppermill Plaza Shopping Center on FM 1960.  Rafael Melara with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord.

New Vision Adult Care has signed a 2,232 square foot lease at Teal Run Plaza Shopping Center in Fresno, Texas  Rafael Melara with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction, Bridgete Jackson with Prime Realty Group represented the tenant.
